The spa's men's and women's sides include steam rooms. Spa cuisine such as chilled watermelon soup, soy-grilled chicken breast, baked fish, and juice drinks is served on an outdoor deck. Spa options include hydrotherapy with Vichy showers, massage, body treatments, and facials. Half- and full-day sessions are available. Signature treatments include Four Seasons in One (back scrub, floral body wrap, massage medley, herbal scalp treatment); Gentleman's Celestial Shower (exfoliation, rain shower, massage); The Essence of Rain Massage (hydro massage, body exfoliation, water-jet treatment, moisturizing); and The Peak (facial cleansing and peel, line-lift serum, leg and foot massage). Other choices include Mango Sea Salt Glow, Nectar Body Polish, and Ginger Soak Body Wrap. Massage options include one for couples. The resort features an 18-hole championship golf course designed by Robert Trent Jones, Jr. The course rises to 400 feet elevation below 3,232-foot Nevis Peak, offering panoramic Caribbean Sea views as well as views of the neighboring island of St. Kitts. The course is lined with 72 bunkers. Water comes into play at six holes. A driving range, lessons, clubs, and shoes are each available for a fee. Complimentary snorkeling gear, windsurfers, small sailboats, and kayaks are available on the beach. Other complimentary recreational facilities include croquet, bocce, shuffleboard, horseshoes, and a putting green. Fees are charged for play on four clay and six all-weather tennis courts (three lighted), with tennis instruction available. There is no fee for non motorized recreational activities.
